Finding something from a video

On TikTok or Instagram in Chrome, hold \while the item is visible, speak when the waveform appears, then release. Your video keeps playing. “Similar looks” means a visual alternative; “Likely same” means the visible evidence supports the match, not a guarantee of exact identity. Use the popup’s type button for a text request with the same video frames. You can also upload a screenshot in the web app. Some results link to an official retailer; “Price at retailer” means Meadow has not verified a current price.

Your saved cart

Your finds are saved on your device. Open Cart and select “Check this find” to refresh the exact option’s price and availability. Different shops have separate checkouts. Remove a find from Cart whenever you like.

Desktop Chrome shortcut

Open Meadow setup, install the Chrome companion, sign in to Meadow and enable your Mac’s built-in microphone once. On TikTok or Instagram, hold \, then say what caught your eye when the waveform appears. Release to search. Escape or switching away cancels. Drag the flower or bar to move the popup; it remembers the position. Your video stays in place. The shortcut ignores comments and search boxes.

Setup opens Chrome’s microphone setting for Meadow. Choose Allow, then return to Meadow; it connects automatically. Microphone access is used only when you start a request. If you cannot see your Mac microphone, choose it in Chrome’s microphone settings, then return to setup.

Meadow stays enabled through page reloads and can reopen its helper in an inactive background tab. Sign-out, permission revocation or the Stop button requires setup again. Protected videos may need a click on Meadow’s toolbar flower to grant Chrome temporary frame access. That grant can be reused on the same active page. For one-key capture across feed tabs, open Meadow setup on the website and choose the optional permission. Chrome calls it access to all websites; Meadow restricts capture to the focused TikTok or Instagram tab when you ask. You can decline or turn it off in those settings and keep using the toolbar flower. Switching tabs cancels the request. The toolbar flower and Control + Shift + M remain click-to-start/finish alternatives. Use headphones to keep video dialogue out of your request. Finds expire after 24 hours. This preview uses Chrome’s Load unpacked option; Chrome Web Store installation and reliable real-video acceptance are still release gates.

iPhone voice shortcuts

On iOS 18 or later, open Meadow and tap Shop my feed. Approve Apple’s screen sharing prompt with its microphone off, then open your feed. While the item is visible, run Talk to Meadow from your AssistiveTouch shortcut or say “Siri, talk to Meadow Shopper.” Meadow listens briefly while you stay in your feed; a Live Activity shows its status. Tap the button again to finish, or pause speaking. A possible match will appear in Cart when you next open Meadow. Enable Live Activities, microphone and speech recognition in Meadow’s iPhone settings if prompted. The app’s button setup guide walks through assigning Talk to Meadow to AssistiveTouch. If your existing shortcut uses Open App or Find screenshot in Meadow, replace that action with Talk to Meadow. Screen sharing expires after 30 minutes and Apple requires approval each session. Older iPhones can share a screenshot to Meadow and use Talk inside the app.

Purchases and delivery

Meadow opens the merchant’s checkout. The merchant confirms shipping, tax and delivery, handles payment, and supports returns or cancellations. Saving an item in Meadow does not buy it.

Searches and payments

Meadow is $9.99 USD per month, automatically renewed until canceled. Your plan includes 50 searches each billing period. Only searches that return a result count. No matches or technical errors? That search stays available. Unused searches do not roll over. Open Your account to check your renewal date, update payment details, or cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the paid period ends.

Five unsuccessful or still-running searches within ten minutes can trigger a short cooldown. Wait a few minutes, then try a clearer view. The cooldown does not reduce your available searches.

Existing memberships

Existing subscriptions keep their agreed terms. The website membership is $10.00 USD per month, sold by Meadow Labs Inc. and billed through Stripe. Sign in with the same email on your computer and the free iPhone app. You do not pay again on iPhone. Open Account → Manage billing to cancel renewal or update your payment method. After checkout, tap Refresh membership if access has not appeared; do not buy another subscription. Membership does not include products or delivery.

Signing in and deleting your account

Choose Email me a code. Use the same email as your existing Meadow account to keep your searches and purchases. If sign-in doesn’t finish, return to Account and try again. Check spam and use the newest code. After signing in, continue setup from your dashboard.

To delete your account, open Account → Delete account. If asked to verify your identity again, sign out and sign back in, then retry deletion. Deletion immediately ends access, removes unused searches and cancels any subscription renewal; it does not automatically issue a refund. Contact support for refund requests. Deleting Meadow does not delete your Google account or a shared Google sign-in identity.
