Meadow Shopper terms

Monthly desktop subscription

Meadow for Chrome costs $9.99 USD per month, sold by Meadow Labs Inc. and billed through Stripe. It automatically renews on your monthly billing date until canceled. Each paid billing period includes 50 searches. Unused searches do not roll over. There are no automatic top-ups or overage charges. Your account shows the next renewal date. Access begins only after payment is confirmed.

Starting a search temporarily reserves one of your available searches. It counts only when a product result is returned. No-match responses and technical failures restore that search. Scrolling, watching videos and reviewing saved results do not reduce your allowance. Searches do not guarantee an exact match.

Open Account → Manage subscription to cancel before your next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. Failed renewal payments pause access until payment succeeds. A refunded or disputed subscription payment may suspend access while the payment is reviewed.

Earlier one-time search purchases keep their original 30-day expiry and do not automatically become subscriptions. Unused searches from those purchases expire without rollover. Refunds remove the proportional remaining allowance, rounded up to the next search.

Existing subscriptions

Existing web/iPhone and desktop subscriptions keep their agreed price, allowance and renewal terms. The existing web/iPhone membership is $10 USD per month and works on the website and free iPhone app when you sign in with the same email.

Existing subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Open Account → Manage billing to cancel or update your payment method. Cancellation at the end of your paid period preserves access until that date. Deleting your account ends access immediately, removes unused searches, and cancels any subscription renewal. Deletion does not automatically refund earlier payments or unused searches. Contact ben@simplrads.com for billing help or refund requests; legal refund rights remain applicable.

Using Meadow

Search for products with text or screenshots, use supported voice input, inspect available options, and continue to merchants to buy. Reasonable usage limits protect the service, including 30 member catalog requests per minute. Searches can also be temporarily limited by shared daily capacity and concurrent demand. Exact matches, stock, prices, and service availability are not guaranteed. A “Likely same” label expresses visual evidence, not a guarantee that an unlabelled item is the identical product.

After five failed or unresolved searches within ten minutes, new searches may pause until that window clears. This cooldown does not reduce your available searches. Try a clearer view when searching again.

Buying products

Search purchases and subscriptions do not include merchandise, shipping, taxes charged by merchants, or delivery. Merchants handle orders and returns. Meadow does not automatically buy products or guarantee delivery.

Desktop setup

The desktop preview uses Chrome on Mac and a manual Load unpacked companion install. Voice requests require microphone permission. It works on supported TikTok and Instagram pages. Protected videos may need a toolbar click for temporary frame access. Optional one-key capture across feed tabs uses Chrome’s all-sites permission; Meadow restricts capture to the focused TikTok or Instagram tab when you ask. You can decline or revoke this permission and use toolbar activation. Browser or social-site changes can affect compatibility.

iPhone setup

Voice activation while using other apps requires you to configure Apple Shortcuts and, optionally, Vocal Shortcuts or AssistiveTouch. Supported shopping sessions can process a brief request in the background; installing the app does not automatically add a floating control or enable a custom wake phrase.

Use Meadow lawfully and submit only content you are entitled to share. Do not automate requests to evade limits or misuse payment or account systems. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent activity.
